Refund policy

In hopes that you love all of your purchases, we understand that you may need to return an item sometimes. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted)

After this time frame, your item will NOT be eligible for return.

  

Return/Exchange Process

To start a return, contact us at thewildpoppyboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues 

Damaged items must be reported within TWO days of the order delivery. Please email us at thewildpoppyboutique@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item included in the email. 

In the subject line include your REASON FOR RETURN and ORDER NUMBER. We will send you a return label if your request is approved and issue store credit once the item is received. 


Sale Items 

All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
