Shipping policy

Our standard shipping rate is a flat rate of $7.00
There is a $15.00 Priority Mail shipping option at check out. These orders will be processed as soon as possible and typically take 1-3 business days to ship
If you need your package expedited, you will need to pay for Priority shipping. Your package will then be shipped out that day or the following day after your order has been placed
Orders over $100.00 ship for free with code SHIP100
Standard orders will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving
Shipping can take from 3-10 days depending on location
Orders are shipped out of Brevard and Asheville, North Carolina
Please do not email us about your order unless it has been over 5 days from purchasing and you have not received a tracking number.
LOCALS ONLY- Have the option of a IN PERSON pick up. Pick up time will be Wednesday’s 3-4 pm (unless stated otherwise on our social media pages and/or website) located at Hello Beautimous Studio (110 Oakdale Street, Brevard NC 28712) The back of the building with the yellow doors to the right.

This option is available when checking out. Please make sure you have paid on the website. You will not be able to pick up items unless paid for on the website and you have a valid email or text receipt.
